Signing up is simple, click one of the Sign Up buttons on any page to be taken to a signup form. Enter in all your contact and payment information, and submit. You will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to Vai.

Vai services are offered on a month-to-month basis, so there’s no cancellation fee or contract. Join Vai for as long as you need a great cloud telecommunications solutions!

Vaitel is a pre-paid Cloud service. You will need to pay for your monthly plan in advance using a credit card and then going forward, your account will auto-pay. You can also add top-up credit to your account to pay for any overages or items not included in your plan.

Your monthly subscription or plan is the price you choose to pay when you first signup and select your plan. You can change your plan at any time.

Yes! For annual plans, you will be billed for the plan in advance and the included minutes in the plan will be allocated to your account immediately. Annual plans may offer a discount depending on the plan purchased.

The minutes included per month for the plan are allocated immediately to your account when you pay for an annual plan. If your allocation of minutes is used within the 12 month period, then additional calls will be billed at the per minute rate as per your plan at the end of each billing month, and charged to your credit card.

Monthly plans are payable by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). Annual subscriptions can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or check.

Can I auto-pay my plan?2020-06-25T00:53:34+00:00

Yes, your account will be set up to auto-pay. In addition, you can set up to auto-top up your account credit to pay for any services not included in your plan such as international calls.
